bought it from delhi, never worn piece, super breathable fabric (almost cotton blend). would fit snug on a tall person (preferably 5’5 and above) waist would fit someone around 28-30in (maybe 32 if pushed) the flare is big, super duper cute and fun to style!! (perfect for cafe hopping with the girlies)
