peplum top floral very girly too, has elastic a little below bust for enhancing figure (fit and flare type), has V neck shape which looks good. its only been used ONCE. price is negotiable but to an extent only. I've clearing my closet as I'm moving for college! it's a good top so if you are a floral print lover I'm sure you'll like it
