if u want the charges to go low just ask me to make a single post with other things you want to buy in cash (not coins)

i got this for my puppy but she is super irritated with it and only once I tried to put it one which she denied completely. I did put it on her and in 2 seconds she removed it. I can't tighten it or else she won't be able to breathe so wore for only 2 seconds. hence it is for the same price I got it.
