A fun tie up belt I picked up a few years ago, from a flea market overseas.

can be doubled up & used as the most fab choker necklace too. It is how I wore it a few times.
There are some make up / storage marks on the ribbon - but the ribbon can easily be replaced.

This reminds me of peak Claire’s / Accessorize Y2K stuff.
