hello mam! I received the item & opened it but was quite disappointed cos I found rust on its chain. I asked u about flaws but u told It's flawless. I had to gift it to someone but due to it's condition it's not possible now. so, I've raised a partial refund request so that I would find it quite worth a/c to it's condition. I request u to understand & accept it. I would be highly thankful to u for this..
