@himanshu_kumar4048 Im sorry for the inconvenience caused. It was the mistake from delivery company side despite of mentioning fragile and label they mishandled it. So I've requested freeup to issue a compensation through delivery company itself. I hope you will receive it. Actually this product im not getting anything because overweight is charged. So technically it was loss for me cuz i had to pay extra.
