The issue on the left is from June 15, 1991, and features Rajiv Gandhi, the former Prime Minister of India, with a quote from the Kathopanishad regarding the immortality of the Self.  The issue on the right is from February 16-29, 1988, and shows Jawaharlal Nehru alongside Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan (also known as Frontier Gandhi) in Simla in 1945.
