It is padded. There are hoops for belt too if you want to style it with a belt.
I got it altered according to measurements, there is extra margin if you need to do the fitting.
Bust can go upto 34/36 and waist 30/32.
It has can-can at the bottom for flare.
Barely used. Good condition.
