This toner is made with mineral rich seaweed from roaring water bay Ireland.
This is an imported bottle bought from London last year December so has 2 years expiry (1.5 years left). Has more than half a bottle left. Its moisturinsing & oil controlling. The product is good, bottle cap slightly broken. I have moved to other products hence clearing it. If you dont want to pay full price for trying this product you can buy from my closet :)
