look I’m really sorry for the inconvenience that I caused you but …I thought the bag would be just as new and I ordered it to gift my mom…but in real it’s a nice bag…and I believe you that it might be unused but it looks little dusty and dirty and also has no tag as claimed ..so please accept my return request…It would really be kind of you 🙏🙏
