as a new seller you should learn some manner to how to behave with buyer don't message them on their profile do it in your own...product should be authentic the shoes was sendingby you no worthy of price ...you should contact with the app team...

they have mailed me to give return that parcel...as I have also done the same with my product which was shown in my profile...if there's any confusion please ask them not me...
