@muskan_saxena1 Hi Muskan. There is a problem with progressing with your order. Its been more than 5 days that I've confirmed and had your items packed for collection but the delivery company assigned- Xpressbees is super incompetent and shady. I've been calling, emailing them since Friday. They do not pick up nor reply to sent emails. There is no way for me to contact anyone on FreeUp either, I cannot even raise a relevant ticket for this particular problem. FreeUp team has not responded to their email either. Xpressbees keeps making false reports by their agents about unsuccessful pick up attempt due to "concerned person not being available" which is completely false and infactual as I have retained my call logs and have not received a single phone call or even msg from their agents. Instead of hopelessly waiting, it'd be advisable to cancel this existing order and reattempt hoping the assign a different and hopefully a more professional delivery partner. I urge you to raise a ticket regarding this, as I have done all I can from my side. Even today, the sent the same message delivery pick up failed attempt, citing the same lies. If you wish I can share all these receipts and reports and my call logs with you on private messaging. What do you wish to do? continue waiting when they're likely to repeat this same BS tomorrow/day after too or cancel this order?
