The size it would fit best is M. It can be used by you if your bust sise is 32 or 34.
You can wear it to college/office, small festive celebrations or wherever you feel comfortable wearing it!
I got this item as a gift from my relatives but i felt like the colour doesn't suit me so sadly I just couldn't wear it after just trying it on once.
