necklace it is reached but the boxs is completely broken. one stone came out the packages was not good then necklace was good if the stone is not coming out. I think you could have cellotape the box before simply packing it in plastic packaging wrap. even the delivery boy was handling it in a very bad manner he was shaking it to know what is inside. you should use two packaging covers and you should sellotape the boxs before sending jewellery next time
