It is the simplicity halter top from urbanic. I bought it 1 year ago and wore it twice. This top look super cute and has a great fit and color. It is ribbed and mildly stretchy so it may fit up to size 33. I bought it to try something different, though it looked good on me, it was out of my comfort zone. Hence, it has been sitting in my closet for almost 8 months. I didn't want to waste such a cute top, so I would like for it to have another loving owner.
