hi dear, I have raised a request with FreeUp app for misdelivery issue. this has happened many times now. pls also raise a complaint from your end saying courier has incorrectly delivered parcels, so they can arrange the correct pickup and delivery of wrong items. pls ask the other customer who received my items to also do same. complain to FreeUp through support centre under Settings - buying.
