set of a small kadhai , 1 pan, 1 non stick tawa these 3 have been used for nearly 6 months and i want to switch to cast iron hence selling these no defect items.. please bear in mind i have used them and they are not completely brand new (🆕 used for 6 months) the small kadhai heats really quick so it is ideal for frying food…surprisingly its handles remain cold for long before heating … i only used it to fry frozen food or make pakodas or puri … since it is small in size very less wastage of oil happens because in less amount of oil only kadhai fills up… THE pan was used for making vegetables only,,, never cooked any kind on non veg in it… heat the pan really well before strting cooking and this pan acts like a non stick surface and hence food never burns, giving a smooth cooking experience The tawa as you can see has an intact non stick coating because it has been maintained well and always used silicon or wooden spatula only … It was used to make chapatis and dosa both when put in sunlight the tawa shows lines but no coating has chipped off NOTE- please bear in mind THERE IS NO DIRT OR GRIME DEPOSIT IN THESE 3 cookware and preloved items will not be same as items you purchase from market and that is reflected in price also….
