hi dear she isn't returning. she is telling me won't return bcoz u didn't respond her on time. i think nothing can't be done now bcoz she got a good bag instead of top so why wil she return . she paid less coins for top n she got bag of higher coin value. so definitely no chance of returning she denied. now u need to talk to customer care tomorrow . n if u have similar bag like this whch is new let m know plz
