I required size 7 (ER40) but the site sent me size 6 (ER39) and I missed the date as I was travelling.

It's completely new and unused.

I had used the same flats before in black colour and they're extremely soft and comfy as per my previous experience.

**IMPORTANT** - It would be better to buy a size larger if you have a litter wider front foot like mine. I opt for size 6 in general but for this I found size 7 comfortable as per my previous purchase.
