A round 5-pin DIN connector splitting into two RCA male plugs (one yellow for video and one white/beige for audio).
The connector appears to be an AV/video adapter cable commonly used for retro gaming consoles like the Sega Genesis Model 1 or older audio-video hardware.
It features a circular multi-pin female DIN plug on one end and composite RCA connectors on the other.

Connect your audio and video devices with this versatile RCA to S-Video adapter cable. Perfect for extending connections or adapting between different audio/video ports. Reliable and easy to use.
