This post is addressing the FreeUp Support.
it's now the 3rd day of No Pickup of my item. So as per ur suggestion in the Ticket of my past order # S1644316346029022720, TO CHANGE THE COURIER PARTNER AFTER 48 HOURS IF NO PICKUP DONE , I clicked the NEED HELP option. To my utter surprise, There is No such option to change the courier partner but just to cancel the pickup. Another option on the Shipping Guide page, Change Pickup address, there is an option to change courier partner But to your UTTER Surprise, there is Just 1 courier partner DELHIVERY which is already my current courier (who is delaying pickup). Now at this moment if the pickup is again delayed, my profile will be Negatively rated resulting in my items being hidden from display.
Please Answer the Following Questions -
1. Whty should I suffer this Panelty ?
2. Whom SHOULD I Blame for this delay and panelty ?
3. Where should I report this matter to ? because reporting u on tickets is Absolutely Useless as u just close tickets with illogical & impractical replies
This platform has numerous loopholes that demoralizes sellers and when reported, the platform service stands deaf to them.
