I’m sorry for the recent order. I handed two package to the delivery guy without name and could be the reason of you got the different product. I have never done this before and would never do it in future. I’ve been selling items for month this is something that I’ve faced recently. and as I have raised a query also they asking me to contact the delivery guy which I don’t have any contact details of. I really apologise you can buy any product in coins and I won’t charge for it to compensate from my side. I’m really sorry
