so guys it's a SCMA recently I have sold one product to gouhar_k
which is makeup forever HD foundation as I got a good offer from her
it is an authentic and like new I have sold many products on free up with good reviews and ratings
so this girl has received the product after some days
{where this girl has been repeatedly asking me in the command session when will you ship? it's been many days?}
and what she did after receiving she has removed the product from the package and started filming it as if she got it new and showing the empty case of the product where she did not take it from the start the gray packaging she has already removed the product and showing such things because she wants the money and the product as well so she directly gave the complaint to the free of team but did not utter a single word to me personally regarding the product which is totally doubtful?
" having problem with the product the shade, the packaging is a different thing but not receiving the product???"

because she is thinking that free up would give her the money at any cost but the free up is asking me for the video but as a seller we sometimes don't take the packing video as we be in Hurry
but beware of such sCMMERS here
I request freeup team to do something regarding this as this is not good at all for the sellers who are genuine you have to check the ratings and reviews and do it accordingly at least because my product and money both are in loss.
