it's a skort.. that is a skirt from front and shorts from behind. i had altered it asking 1.5 inches on both sides as my daughter's waist is small. you can ipen that up. refer the pictures to know the exact measurements. Pair it with a t-shirt and sneakers for a casual vibe or dress it up with boots for a bolder statement. its in a very good condition with no flaws.
