it works absolutely great , I have attached photos it's 2 years old , the only problem is the lock is broken. you can change temperature settings as per as your liking . the lock means to keep the straightener wands in shape , the lock doesn't create any problem it's useless . I never felt the need to use the lock anyways . the straightener works great it straightens hair in one go . I have uploaded video you guys can check out .


overall great product. I have never repaired it or anything. i haven't used it much as i have short hair so its in very good condition except for the broken lock.
