The food will be pushed through the blades and collect directly in the transparent 1,500 ml container below.Empty and Store: To remove cut food, lift the entire cutting lid from the container. The container can also be sealed with the included fresh-keeping lid for storage in the refrigerator.

Mandolin Slicer: Use the mandolin attachment with the safety food holder to create uniform slices or julienne strips.
