This butter yellow dress is padded, has back cutout and is stretchy near the waist. I bought this dress in a local market so it did not come with a tag however I never wore the dress. The back has a tie up detail and makes it perfect for a beach dress. The waist and bust can be adjusted with the tie up in the back.
