Very pretty, can be worn off shoulder or as it is. It has this beautiful frill on the top. Does not have a zipper but it does have this elastic shown in pictures behind the tie up detail. It gives it this corset look at the waist. The skirt is formal, striped and flared as shown. Can be worn to a formal event, college party or some other occasion. I have worn this only once during my freshers. Selling because I am clearing out my closet.
