it does not work probably battery issue everything is included that is in the phone needs repair.NO RETURN ONLY FOR REPAIR AND USE / SELL. I tried plugged in just for 5 minutes and it did not turn on so I left it. maybe no problem need more charging or battery went on Deep discharge. no guarantee on repair price
