dear I talked with the customer service they said that the pick-up will be done asap. But I was thinking that perhaps I can change my mind and cancel the refund as you have put so much hardwork into that piece and I really appreciate the effort from your side. Plus you also paid the delivery charge. So I was thinking I should cancel the request and re order another bag from you and this time make the same bag that is shown in the pic but it would be good if you make the price around ₹250 then I’ll buy it immediately. What do you say?
