Do not get upset as it is NOT your fault. I lost at least 5 full points on my rating because of this. Also lost maybe 8 orders / customers. Freeup usually follows up and it is actually the fault of the courier

Please don't use totally transparent packing as the courier boys keep the package with the neighbours - if I am not at home. Thanks
