seller sold me counterfeit of nc 40 which looks similar to mars high coverage 08 and is actually NC 50 for dark skin tone

pls look for nithiTutorial review video of "Mac foundation NC45, 46,47 and 50 shades swatches on my dusky skin. it looks exactly like the shade no 50 in the review.

has a wierd cooking oil smell too. and the seller has put half of the product of the bottle.

pls don't report as I tried swatching on my skin both hands and cheek but it didn't give any irritation affect hence even being counterfeit product it seems nice just that it is 10 times shades darker than my skin tone.
