She took money for 5 clothes and sent only 1, then stopped responding completely. She has no packing video, no screenshots, no proof — because she never packed all items. She even lied about packing in a cardboard box; the parcel came in a transparent plastic cover. Her positive reviews and good ratings made me trust her, which is exactly how buyers get misled.
