It has completely dried. It was once used to be soft .

To make it soft :-

Take a plastic container, add warm water according to the amount of clay to taken, and soak the dried clay in it over night. Open the lit of the container next morning. It may or may not be sticky. Try to mix it manually till you get a smooth soft texture or consistency of your choice. There are extra tools for modelling and shaping designs.
