I bought this recently with so much love but the chain that’s provided with this did this damage to the product, I was so frustrated I had to throw the chain that comes with this
the crossbody strap is without any damage
the dust bag is available
selling for a extremely low price
not open for negotiations
I spoke to a bag expert to fix this and it was costing more than the product itself if anyone wants to buy it and get it repaired, good for them
