Its totally new..only stitch adjustments done only at the sleeve part to make a slit opening at the end..sleeve bottom round measurement: 9 inches(with 1.5"-2" slit).

(its actual bust measurement is 44 inches..itmay shrink after wash .so that I put 42 inches in the post)
