it's brand new .i,ve removed the tag though.i bought this from Mall for my mom however it doesn't fit her.Bought it for 5k but I am selling it off for lesser amount.its not been worn at all.Shoulder is 17 inch,length is around 24 inch.its really preety,you won't regret buying it.
