Also did u wrap the parcel with a cling foil or did u place it in a proper wrapper which someone in the courier cut out swaped the flask and later rewrapped it in a cling foil?. I plan to buy more flasks from you but pls make sure that u seal the parcel so that something like this does not happen again.

in any case I told u that if I liked the bottles I was going to buy in bulk. why would I have to lie about a single bottle. besides even the parcel packing was pathetic and was done with cling foil which could be easily tampered. imagine paying for 2 and receiving only one.

hi, I ordered for 2 insulated flasks. why was I given one black flask and an empty kingfisher plastic bottle instead of the White flask. before complaining to freeup or leaving a negative review I want to hear u out first if there has been any sort of mixup.
