Cotton/rayonish mix fabric i guess
(close up of fabric in pictures)
def not polyester

NO DEFECTS

there is no lint its just that black catches minor threads of other fabrics it is kept with.

These black high waist capri pants will fit anybody between 26-30 inches (high waist)

They are of a lightweight cotton material, and only need a good iron as they are wrinkled because of storage.
