Seller:
Switch on "self pickup" while posting, if:
a. you are unable to pack for delivery, or
b. item is above 20kg.

1. FreeUp will share your contact with the buyer to get in touch with you to make self-pickup arrangement.
2. Once the buyer confirms item has been received, points/cash will be credited to your account.


Buyer:
1. Grab the item using the Self Pickup option.
2. Contact Support to get Seller contact info.
3. After receiving the item, go to order details page and Confirm Received.
