Here's a car shaped hand crank torch..follow below for all details/flaws...

It has 3 solar panels for charging but maybe something inside got disconnected..

The torch lights up when you crank or spin the handle fine but fades up due to battery not holding charge...You'll have to get the batteries replaced...
Faded paint...
