I really love straightened perfect hair and this is the perfect tool for it, it does not make the hair rough or frizzy after use, gives shine and makes it look perfect. It has the longest cord, can use it from a diffrent room. Temp goes upto 210° the sides of the plates are secured with material to save from burns. 2 pin plug for easy acess to all places, I have cut my hair short and I do not need this anymore. This truly was my bff. I am emotionally attached to this one item so if you buy it, respect it.
