it had a tag at back, i removed it because it's a lace, so it was visible and looked weird. however I've still attached the "imported by h&m" label, attached on the sides of top, so yea, it's from h&m. 4th picture can be used as a reference. but it's half sleeves. looks classy since lace is back in trend.
