Transparency : its not defective at all , even its water resistant and branded , i love this watch of mine or maybe yours if you are buying it😉

scratchy back - it feels like its scratchy but the back is smooth . its steel , this is how its supposed to be , its not rough steel surface , its just the way steel shows reflection if you see any newly purchased steel item , there are some lines you can see purely because of lighting / reflection. the picture is zoom in to show its water resistant , it has a stainless steel back and the brand.

Is any stone is missing - no , definitely not .
