It is barely used. There are no flaws I can see.
Can be dressed up with formal trousers or a slim fit skirt for a formal office meeting.
Can be worn over jeans for casual outing and dinner too.

Pair it with an elegant scarf and it will look elegant and it can look good for just about any occasion. Iv dropped a size and would rather someone else uses it than sitting in my cupboard.
