This is a very girly, pink top. Comes with elastic all around the neckline (front and back). So It can be work off the shoulder, one shoulder off or normally. It is very fitted around the waist. Comes with this extra material around the bust wrapped like a big frill. I have worn this on some occasions, rest I see no flaws as such.
