This is a brand new item, couldn't use coz of size issue. The quality is great coz of the brand name. I am not sure of the fabric but it is pretty comfortable and has a pure cotton lining underneath as shown in the pictures.
It gives the silhouette of an A-line dress and is great for casual day activities/brunches.
