Hello so, I was busy so I was unable to pick delivery persons call and when I called back he picked up and said yes he is in my locality but refuse to come and deliver the parcel it would only took him 5 minutes or so to deliver the package and refusing to deliver it and suggested to drop it at any random shop and collect from there also said tomorrow if parcel was not returned then I'll come tomorrow, their were no prior message or calls were made to check for availability or information about the package just random call during the day and he was very rude about me not picking the call and kept refusing to deliver. What else I can do to get my package? They are very rude and don't give me any updates from their side specially the delivery person I have filed a complaint about this incident they said they will attempt to deliver it within 24-48 hrs but no attempt was made today I am very disappointed with the delivery service and I don't know what to do next I was excited about this purchase but it's all in vein due to the delivery guy.
