This is an off shoulder black dress with frills, the dress is thick and opaque and hence the off shoulder stays put. I am a size 32, hence it was slightly loose on me. It would be perfect for 34-36 bust with size M-L as it stretches well. It gives a snugged look but doesn't make your shape look too awkward because of the thick material. I'm 5.2 and it reaches upto my shin, a little longer than a midi.
