it's been 10 days the Delhivery person didn't come to pick
when I open the delhivery app it's showing
PICK UP PENDING
Pickup from merchant not successful due to entry restrictions - Bangalore
I can't even contact the freeup app member or anyone
what to do

@sniff3 I will accept the return, but as I said I wrote the correct tracking ID on your parcel but the delivery company misplaced your item and gave it to someone else. This is not “cheap”, this is Delhivery’s fault. Please refrain from using such vocabulary in your day-to-day language. Thanks.

@sniff3 hi, the delivery company messed up and has sent you the wrong item and yours to another. So sorry for this, you can return the parcel when you recieve it and I’ll put this item again and let you know.
